Jim Havey

Jim Havey grew up on Chicago's "South Side," eventually surviving 16 years of Catholic education with a degree in Political Science and Sociology from St. Ambrose College in Davenport, IA. Continuing west to Denver, Jim worked with troubled youth for seven years while developing a passion for photography and multi-image production into a new career with Havey Productions starting in 1979.

Domain – Jim's territory includes photography/cinematography, project development & management, script development ...and dish washing.

Favorite f-stop: 2.8 ...because the more you can let go that which does not matter, the more vividly that which does snaps into view.

Nathan Church

A Colorado native, Nathan Church spent college amid the earthy aromas of the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, earning a degree in Visual Arts and Graphic Design. His journey from intern to business partner at Havey Productions began in 2001.

Well versed in the full range of digital production from photography and cinematography to art direction, design and editing, Nathan's skills bring the highest quality enhancements to every creative project.

Domain – A maestro of digital manipulation, Nathan composes beautiful sounds and images both in camera and on screen. His empire at HP includes film editing, photo retouching and graphic, production & audio design ...and schlepping.

Favorite f-stop: 22 ...because someone has to keep an eye on the whole picture.

Charlotte Havey

Charlotte Havey, also a Colorado native, grew up in Greeley and doesn't notice the fragrance from cattle and feedlots. Since the company's inception in 1979, she has contributed her organizational skills, enthusiasm and commitment as Havey Productions' CFO and biggest fan.

In June 2010, Charlotte left a position as the Director of the Custer County Preschool to become a full-time member of Havey Productions' creative team. She and Jim met working in the judicial system and are married.

Domain – Charlotte oversees product marketing & distribution, accounting, Westcliffe studio management ...and morale.

Favorite f-stop: Making Jim clean up his language around the kids.

Alysha Havey

Alysha Havey, recently returned to Denver following five years working for emerging non-profit organizations in Chicago. She has a BA in Performing and Visual Arts from University of Northern Colorado where she developed an eye for art and a love for theater.

Domain – A rising clone of Jim and Nathan in the camera and computer departments, Alysha also works to streamline processes and support general studio management
... and sustainable food practices.

Favorite f-stop: 1.4... because keeping it light is dope.
